Rent the Wurz Center for Your Next Event!

The new and beautiful Wurz Center is available for rentals! Whether you need space for a meeting or other large gathering, or you want to throw a beautiful party, the Wurz Center at HSTC can offer you the right space. Equipped with a kitchenette, two projectors, a sound system, and full-wall sliders on either side of the space, and a wall divider, this is a beautiful and functional space to meet any rental need.

Facility Rental Fees

Please note that set-up and take-down time is included in your total rental time, and that availability is subject to change.

Hourly Rate

• One (1) Side: $50
• Both Sides: $90
• Availability
  • Mondays through Fridays after 2 PM
  • Sundays 9 AM to 4 PM

Half-Day Rate (4 hours)

• One (1) Side: $175
• Both Sides: $350
• Availability
  • Fridays after 2 PM
  • Sundays 9 AM to 4 PM

Full-Day Rate (8 hours)

• One (1) Side: $280
• Both Sides: $560
• Availability
  • Fridays after 2 PM
  • Sundays 9 AM to 4 PM

Additional Fees

Security Deposit (Half & Full Day Rentals only): $75

Cleaning Fee (Half & Full Day Rentals only): $40

Nonprofit Rate: 75% of the fees listed above
