HSTC’S Pets of the month program will highlight different dogs, cats, and critters each month in an effort to reach their perfect adopter! Some animals take longer than others to find their forever homes and we’re here to help speed up the process. Our goal is for every animal to find a home, and thanks to HSTC’s Pets of the Month program we are offering numerous benefits to encourage adopters to adopt a pet of the month!
Missy is an extremely playful, 1-year-old pup who has been waiting for a home since May. She knows several basic commands and loves to swim. Missy is very smart and will even fetch and retrieve her ball during outside play time. She would be a perfect dog for an active family.
Hunter is a 3-year-old, female cat who arrived at the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast as a transfer in from another shelter. She is a calm and loveable lap cat who loves to play with toys. What makes her truly unique is her extra toes on all four paws!
Will Smith is a young male guinea pig who was transferred to the HSTC in October from another shelter that was out of space. He loves veggies and is very sweet once he gets to know you. Will Smith also loves to get cozy and burrow in his blankets!
Each month, the HSTC will chose one dog, one cat, and one critter to feature. Should you choose to adopt one of these animals during their featured month, you and your new furry friend will receive the following adoption benefits:
