HSTC’S Pets of the month program will highlight different dogs, cats, and critters each month in an effort to reach their perfect adopter! Some animals take longer than others to find their forever homes and we’re here to help speed up the process. Our goal is for every animal to find a home, and thanks to HSTC’s Pets of the Month program we are offering numerous benefits to encourage adopters to adopt a pet of the month!
Turkey is a 3-year-old male
dog who arrived at our shelter as a stray in October. He is full of energy and still acts like a playful puppy. Turkey has great focus and loves to stay busy. He knows his basic commands and
enjoys learning and engaging with his people. Turkey would thrive in an active home ready to give him the attention, exercise, and love he deserves.
For more information on Turkey, please call 772-223-8822, or stop by our shelter at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Ave, Palm City to meet him.
Beyoncé is a 3-year old, sweet and gentle cat
looking for a loving home. She adores people of all ages and is especially kind and patient with respectful children. Beyoncé is playful when the mood strikes but is mostly a calm,
quiet girl who enjoys long naps. She has a minor skin condition that’s easily managed by using non-plastic food bowls and litter boxes. With excellent litter box manners and a loving,
easygoing personality, Beyoncé would make a wonderful addition to a caring home. If Beyonce sounds like the right cat for you, please call 772-223-8822 for more
information, or stop by our shelter at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Ave, Palm City to meet her.
Lola and Bucky are a bonded pair of super sweet Lionhead rabbits surrendered
due to allergies. These two have lived peacefully with cats and are gentle, curious, and affectionate. They love exploring their tunnel, cozying up in their hidey box, and checking out
everything around them together. Lola and Bucky are happiest side by side and are ready to bring double the love to a forever home. If Lola & Bucky sounds like the right
rabbits for you, please call 772-223-8822 for more information or stop by our shelter at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Ave, Palm City to meet them.
Each month, the HSTC will chose one dog, one cat, and one critter to feature. Should you choose to adopt one of these animals during their featured month, you and your new furry friend will receive the following adoption benefits:
