HSTC’S Pets of the month program will highlight different dogs, cats, and critters each month in an effort to reach their perfect adopter! Some animals take longer than others to find their forever homes and we’re here to help speed up the process. Our goal is for every animal to find a home, and thanks to HSTC’s Pets of the Month program we are offering numerous benefits to encourage adopters to adopt a pet of the month!

Ziggy is an 8-year-old water-loving boy who is happiest when he’s splashing around or playing outside with his favorite balls. After some playtime, he enjoys a tasty snack and a cozy nap. Ziggy has been with us for a while and is ready to find his perfect match. He keeps his kennel tidy, knows a few basic commands, and would likely do best as the only pet in the home so he can have all the love and attention to himself.
Reef is a 5-year-old male cat who has been waiting patiently for a home since June. He was surrendered when his previous owner developed allergies. He is full of personality and loves attention. Reef even enjoys drinking straight from the sink!
Fidelma is an adorable 2-year-old bunny who loves her fresh greens and can’t resist a good head rub. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate rabbit to share your days with, Fidelma is the perfect match!
Each month, the HSTC will chose one dog, one cat, and one critter to feature. Should you choose to adopt one of these animals during their featured month, you and your new furry friend will receive the following adoption benefits:
