Join over 400 pet passionate people and their dogs at the 22nd annual Mutt March! Bring your family and friends 'both furry and not' and come out for a morning walk with friends, shop the flea-'less' market, enter the famous pet costume contest, have your pet run the Lure Course, make a memory at the HSTC photo booth and much more!

Mutt March serves as the pawfect platform for business owners looking to connect with potential customers in a fun and spirited atmosphere. Join the festivities while helping us raise critical funds for our shelter pets by becoming a Mutt March Vendor! Fill out the Vendor Agreement HERE and return to abean@hstc1.org by January 3, 2026.

Honorary Dog Mayor

Pawlitics are ruff, so this year, for the first time ever, The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast is proud to announce the naming the first Honorary Dog Mayor of Palm City! That’s right, you heard it here first folks! Who better to run our beautiful city than a trustworthy and reliable four-legged friend? Does your pup want freedom and yummy treats for all? Then nominate them for Dog Mayor so they can leave their paw print in community. No pawlitical experience is needed!

Nominate your pup for this prestigious position by 12pm on Friday, October 31. The polls will open for voting on Friday, November 14. Encourage friends and family to vote for your loyal and trustworthy furry friend. The more votes your nominee receives, the better chance they have winning the election! The official Honorary Dog Mayor of Palm City will be announced at Mutt March on Saturday, Jan. 24 shortly after the event starts. The new Mayor will receive some major perks including a framed picture in the shelter lobby, recognition on HSTC’s Mutt March webpage, a shout out on the Mutt March Facebook page and a basket full of goodies for the winner!
