Cat Yoga Summer Series

Join certified yoga instructor, Stephanie Loesel, for a one-hour, beginner-level “Yoga with Cats” class at the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. Expect a few giggles along the way as the cats roam freely among class participants and may even curl up for a nap on a yoga mat. Your $25 class fee will go directly to the care of the animals the HSTC. Minimum age to participate is 16.  Please remember to bring your own mat, a towel and bottle of water to stay hydrated. 

Although we want you to get the most out of all that restorative yoga has to offer, we also want you to have fun and truly enjoy the experience of stretching among some curious cats! With that said, this class will feature several friendly felines all up for adoption through HSTC. We do ask that you refrain from bringing your own cat, as there are risks involved in transporting them and exposing them to others.
