On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, we will be asking all animal lovers and philanthropic-minded people to join together to help raise funds to support affordable pet obedience and behavior training classes for people in the community and their pets.
Despite loving their animals, many families who struggle to care for their pet with behavior issues believe that surrendering them to the shelter is the only option. HSTC’s surrender prevention program, The Pawsitive Manners Club, is available at a discounted rate to provide the necessary resources and support to prevent pet surrenders from happening.
