  • Copy of current vaccination must be provided.  Puppy STAR & Puppy Agility Fun-DHLPP. All other classes-Current Rabies vaccination and a negative fecal exam done within the current year.
  • You are confirmed in a class after registration forms, shot records & payment have been received.
